The CBD is suspended in MCT Coconut derived oil, and being full spectrum retains all of the plants rich terpenes and flavonoids as well as other plant compounds including CBG, CBN and CBC, all of which contribute to the entourage effect. Dosage Guide : Please use the following as a guide only. Each person will have a different tolerance level to CBD, and this guide is a starter guide. Place 2-4 drops under the tongue and hold for about 90 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed 200mg CBD per day. Average RDA = 40mg
